As the Outstanding Employee of the Year, Dwayne was recognized for his leadership ability, cost saving initiatives, profitability contributions, and innovative thinking. Only 3 people in the country were honored with this award. Dwayne was given a special plaque and an American Express gift card. Congratulations Dwayne!
